螺杆泵CAD/CAPP/CAM技术的应用

摘    要:在深入分析螺杆泵产品特点和企业需求的基础上,研制开发了一套基于三维CAD的螺杆泵CAD/CAPP/CAM系统。介绍了PDM框架下基于产品结构及文档的信息集成技术,CBR在CAD、CAPP子系统的应用技术及CAM的实现过程。运用本系统进行泵的设计,可提高设计质量,缩短产品的设计开发周期,降低成本。

Abstract:On the base of analyzing the characteristics of screw pump products and the enterprise demands, a CAD/CAPP/CAM system of screw pump based on three - dimensional CAD was developed. The information integration technique based on product structures and documents in the PDM frame, the application technique of CBR in the subsystem of CAD, CAPP and the realization process of CAM were introduced. Using this system to design pump can improve the designed quality, shorten the development and design period of products and debase cost.
