牛磺酸精结晶方法的研究

摘    要:本文研究了不同结晶条件对牛磺酸精结晶收率及产品品质的影响,发现牛磺酸的堆积密度、颗粒大小可以通过溶液pH、搅拌速度、有机溶剂极性、降温速度来有效控制,牛磺酸精结晶的优化条件为pH5.5,搅拌速度100 r/min,使用10%乙醇溶剂,降温速率2℃/min。

Abstract:The different crystallization conditions on the yield of purification of taurine through crystallization and product quality were studied,and it is found the bulk density and particle size of taurine can be controlled by adjusting the solution pH,stirring speed,organic solvents of various polarities,and cooling speed.The optimization conditions for purification of are,the pH5.5,stirring speed 100 r/min,10% ethanol solvent and cooling rate 2 ℃/min.
