丙酮酸壳聚糖的合成及其吸附性能

摘    要:将壳聚糖与丙酮酸反应,用NaBH4还原制备出丙酮酸壳聚糖(PCTS),并采用红外光谱、场发射扫描电镜及元素分析仪对其结构进行表征.实验结果表明,PCTS最佳工艺条件为:反应时间4.5 h,反应体系pH值为4.5,丙酮酸与壳聚糖上氨基摩尔比为2∶1,取代度为90.6%;在pH为5.4时,1.67 g/L PCTS对30 mL质量浓度为10μg/mL的Pb2+的吸附平衡时间为1.5 h,最大吸附量为27.1 mg/g,优于壳聚糖.

Abstract:Pyruvate chitosan(PCTS) was successfully prepared from chitosan and pyruvic acid,after reductived by NaBH4.The structure of PCTS was determined by IR adsorption,field emission scanning electron microscopy and elements.The results show that the best synthesis condition is,the reaction time 4.5 h,pH 4.5,pyruvic acid with chitosan amino mole ratio on 2∶1 for the substitution degree 90.6%;1.67 g/L PCTS adsorbed 30 mL 10 μg/mL of the Pb2+ at pH 5.4 for 2 h,achieved adsorption equilibrium,the maximum adsorption is 27.1 mg/g,better than chitosan.
