天钢精炼炉无功和谐波补偿装置的改造方案

摘    要:由于天钢炼钢厂LF炉原有无功和谐波补偿装置不能满足提高功率因数及改善对电网谐波污染等要求,因此进行了改造。通过对几种无功和谐波补偿装置的介绍及比较,在2^#LF炉安装XRVAR系列有源动态无功和谐波补偿装置,以改善原有设备问题。改造并网后,输出电压总谐波畸变率小于3%,输出电流总谐波畸变率小于4%,功率因数可达0.95以上。
