饮用水源突发柴油污染的隔油/吸附应急处理技术中试研究

摘    要:以黄浦江上游水源地突发柴油污染为背景,模拟上海松浦原水厂工艺,进行中试研究,重点考察了围隔/吸油棉拦截、粉末活性炭(PAC)吸附对突发油污染源水的实际处理效能.结果表明:针对超标倍数5、10、50和100倍的突发油污染,围隔与吸油棉具有较好的去除效果.5、10倍的油污染水平下,围隔和吸油棉可近100%的拦截柴油;而50倍和100倍污染水平下,经围隔和吸油棉处理后剩余6倍和10倍.高超标倍数油污染经围隔和吸油棉拦截后,投加粉末活性碳(PAC)可使出水接近标准值.超标50倍,投加5 mg/L PAC,调压池出水平均浓度为0.18 mg/L,剩余柴油浓度超标3.60倍,柴油总去除率为92.7%;当PAC投加量增至15mg/L时调压池出水降至0.05 mg/L,达到标准限值.柴油超标100倍,PAC投加量30 mg/L时,调压池出水平均浓度0.07 mg/L,接近标准限值,柴油总去除率达98.7%.中试结果表明:围隔和吸油棉拦截、PAC吸附是水源水突发油污染的有效应急措施.
