聚酰亚胺/聚酰胺-胺复合膜的制备及其对CO2的分离性能

摘    要:以乙二胺(EDA)为引发核,通过发散法合成1.0~3.0代树枝状聚合物聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM),并以其作为功能涂覆层制备聚酰亚胺(PI)/PAMAM复合膜,考察PAMAM代数对纯CO2、N2及CH4在复合膜中渗透及CO2/N2、CO2/CH4分离性能的影响.结果表明:PAMAM对CO2有明显的选择透过能力,PI/PAMAM复合膜对纯CO2的透过系数及CO2/N2、CO2/CH4的分离系数随PAMAM代数的增加而增大;当涂覆层为3.0代PA-MAM时,复合膜对CO2的渗透系数达到106.6 Barrer,CO2/N2、CO2/CH4分离系数分别达到44.25和58.83.

Abstract:The 1.0-3.0 generation of dendrimers polyamide-amine(PAMAM) are synthesized through divergent methods with ethylenediamine(EDA) as the initiator core.The PAMAM are casted on the surface of polyimide(PI) membrane as a positive layer to prepare CO2 facilitated transport PI/PAMAM composite membrane.The generation effect of PAMAM on pure CO2,CH4 and N2 permeability and the separation factor of CO2 / N2,CO2 / CH4 are also studied.The results show that: PAMAM could enhance the perm-selectivity of CO2 apparently a...
