| 摘 要： | 由于历史原因， 新加坡的城市规划体系明显地受到英国影响。作为一个城市国家， 新加坡面临着国土狭小和资源匮乏的特定制约， 政府在土地资源配置方面起着绝对的主导作用。本文从历史回顾、规划法规体系、行政体系和运作体系等方面评述了新加坡的城市规划体系。

| Abstract: | Due to historical reason,the urban planning in Singapore is very much influenced by Britain. As a city country,the government strictly controls its distribution of the land use and natural resources. This paper discusses the urban planning there in the systems such as planning law, administration and operation by recalling its historical development. |
