脱硫铁水罐渣线喷涂料的研究

摘    要:通过脱硫铁水罐渣线结渣状况的现场调研,弄清了渣线喷涂料的性能要求,完成了原材料的选择分析,在实验室实验研究的基础上,进行了喷涂料的工业性试验与扩大性工业试验,取得了附着率大于90%、喷涂面平整、喷涂量少与降低结渣速度的优良效果。

Abstract:Through on-site investigation in slag build-up occurring currently over the slag section of the hot metal desulphurization tank,the requirements of properties for the spray coating and selection of its raw material are analyzed .On the basis of laboratory studies industrial scale and enlarged industrial experiments have been carried out and excellent results of over 90%adhesiveness ratio,smooth coating surface,less consumption of spray coating material and deceleration of slag build-up rate over the slag section have been achieved.
