最先进的印刷电路板切割机工作原理

摘    要:对使用各种商业切割机对高精度印刷电路板进行切割时可能形成应变的不同原因加以分析,指出应变在电路板产量和产品可靠性方面造成的必然影响;同时以 T-W37型印刷电路板切割机为例,解释其不会产生应变、提高精密印刷电路板切割质量和产量的工作原理.

Abstract:The paper analyzes different reasons that may cause remain stress when the highly sophisticated module boards are split from motherboard by the commercial splitters,points out that the stress generates un- acceptable troubles in the production yield and the reliability of the shipped boards.At the same time,the key working principles of how to improve production yield and reliability of the advanced module boards through minimizing elastic wave and stress along split line is presented on the basis of T-W37 splitter.
