摘    要:最近十年中,固体发酵技术在许多方面的应用取得了飞速的发展,原来一直认为的技术含量较低的固体发酵技术现在被用来生产许多低成本高附加值的产品,甚至在生物循环和生物降解有毒物质等方面体现出了很大的潜力.生物技术日新月异,尤其是在发酵技术和酶工业领域的革新,固体发酵技术应用在越来越多的方面.综述固体发酵中产品和资源的最新进展.

Abstract:The last decade an unprecedented increase in solid state fermentation(SSF) and SSF systems have been witnessed. They were termed as a low-technology system, but now they are used to make the products of low cost and high value-added. SSf processes offer potential advantages in bioremediation and biological detoxification of hazardous and toxic compounds. With the development of biotechnological innovations, especially in the area of enzyme and fermentation technology, many new avenues have opened for the application of SSF. This paper discusses more recent development of products and resources in the area of SSF.
