基于模糊理论的司钻控制房人机界面的综合评价

摘    要:针对国内某厂生产的ZJ70D型钻机司钻控制房,应用模糊数学理论初步建立了司钻控制房人机界面的多层次综合评价模型,用分值集合来取代隶属函数,从人的生理和心理因素角度对司钻控制房人机界面设计进行了综合评价,有效解决了人机界面复杂因素定量化评价的问题。通过对某司钻房人机界面改进前后的方案对比和实践证明,该方法可行,效果良好。

Abstract:For some ZJ70D drilling control room in internal, the multi-layer evaluating model of man-machine interface was established to replace the membership function with a set of marks by applying fuzzy mathematics theory and evaluates the man-machine interface design of drilling control room from the mental perspective. The problem of quantitative evaluation for man-machine interface's complex factor was settled. By contrasting the fore-and-aft design project, the feasibility of the method was proven and favorable effect was obtained.
