促进剂对贫瘦煤返回火焰长度影响的试验研究

摘    要:试验研究了四种燃烧促进剂对贫瘦煤返回火焰长度的影响。试验结果表明,此次试验采用的贫瘦煤挥发分较低,原煤的返回火焰长度为零;加了一号促进剂,二号促进剂和三号促进剂的煤粉存在返回火焰现象,但最长的火焰长度也不超过10mm,说明不具有明显的爆炸性,可以保证高炉喷吹的安全可行。

Abstract:The experiment researched four accelerated agents influenced to the returned fire length of the meager-lean coal.The experiment results showed that the volatile matter of the meager-lean coal used for the experiment was low and the length of the raw coal returned fire length was zero.The pulverized coal added with No.1,No.2 and No.3 accelerate agents had returned fire in phenomenon.But the longest fire length was not over 10 mm,which could show no explosiveness obviously and could ensure the safety feasibility of the blast furnace.
