| 摘 要： | 半密闭型中小型电石炉尾气通过重力，文式，冲击除尘，除沫等干湿并举的三级除尘系统处理，经生产运转考核，三废排放达到国家环保规定，运行稳定，净化效率在９５％～９８％，洗涤水供厂锅炉烟气脱硫除尘后，流回电石除尘系统封闭循环使用，渣可掺入锅炉燃煤中混烧，既节约了能源，又保护了环境，得到了套装置综合处理废物的功效。

| Abstract: | Thc tail gas of middle and small-sized calciumcarbide furnaces are treated by the means of gravity,Ventri scrubber, dust separation with impact and foam removing,the of fluents of the three wastes can meet the requirments of national standard,and claritying efficiency reaches 95% -98%. A set of comprehensive utilization system for the three wastes is estabilished that the washings of desulphurixation and dustremoval of boiler f lue gas is reused in the dust-removing system for calcium carbide furnace,and the residues arc mixed with coal to burn for boiler,it has the effects on energy-saving and pollution cotrol. |
