甲醇部分氧化制氢的热力学分析(Ⅰ)

摘    要:在研究甲醇部分氧化制氢的基础上,结合甲醇水蒸气重整制氢和甲醇催化裂解制氢,研究甲醇部分氧化制氢体系的热力学行为,判断各个反应的热力学竞争能力,建立甲醇部分氧化制氢体系的反应网络,确定CO水蒸气变换反应为甲醇部分氧化制氢体系的主导反应.经研究该反应的发生有利于提高目的产物H2的含量和降低有害气体CO的残余含量,但该反应的热力学竞争能力并不占优势;采用适宜的催化剂和工艺条件可提高该反应的实际竞争能力;研究还表明合成氨变换催化剂可用于甲醇部分氧化制氢体系,并存在适宜的反应条件.

Abstract:On the basis of experiments,thermodynamic analysis was carried out for the system of partial oxidation of methanol to produce hydrogen,together with the processes of methanol steam reforming and methanol catalytic decomposition.The reaction network in the partial oxidation of methanol to produce hydrogen system has been established.The thermodynamic competitive power in each reaction has been judged.The steam shift reaction has been chosen as the most important one, because it can both increase the concentration of H2 and reduce the concentration of CO.But the actual competitive ability of the reaction did not occupy dominance.The suitable catalysts and reaction conditions can enhance the actual competitive ability of the leading reaction.The research results also show that the ammonia shift reaction catalysts can be used in the system and the suitable technological conditions in the system are in existence.
