渗碳或碳氮共渗件磨削裂纹的控制

摘    要:20CrMnTi钢制齿轮和齿轮轴在渗碳或碳氮共渗并淬火后磨削时,磨削面经常出现裂纹。在工件要磨削的部位涂以防渗碳涂料,降低其渗碳或碳氮共渗后的碳浓度,从而降低因磨削热导致二次淬火的应力或改变应力状态,结果,有效地避免了磨削裂纹的产生。

Abstract:During grinding the cracks occurred frequently in the ground surface of carburized or carbonitrided gears and gear shafts. An anticarburizing paint was applied to the part surface to be ground to decrease its carben content after being carburized or carbonitrided so as to decrease the secondary quenching stress resulting from grinding heating or to change the stress condition. In this manner, the grinding cracks were effectively eliminated.
