低压断路器自动合闸装置的研究与应用

摘    要:现有配电网低压断路器失压后会自动脱扣,但不具备自动重合闸功能,容易造成延迟送电。为解决该问题,研发了一种低压断路器失压自投装置。该装置基于时间继电器实现,变压器低压出线作为继电器工作电源,利用时间继电器的延时滑动触点,在电源侧来电后经一定延时接通合闸回路,实现低压断路器的自动合闸。介绍了失压自投装置的接线原理和控制策略实现过程。现场测试结果验证了该装置的正确性与实用性。

Research and Application of Automatic Reclosing Equipment for Low-voltage Breaker
Abstract:Low-voltage breaker in distribution network will be tripped automatically after loss of voltage,but the low-voltage breaker does not have the function of automatic reclosing,likely to cause restore power delays.In order to solve this problem,a kind of automatic reclosing device for low-voltage breaker was developed.This device is realized based on time relay,using low-voltage outlet of distribution transformer as the power supply for time relay.When distribution transformer recovery,the closing circuit of low-voltage breaker is turned on after a certain delay by using the time relay' s delay sliding contact.Then the automatic reclosing function of low-voltage breaker is realized.Wiring schematic and control strategy implementation process of the reclosing device are presented.Resuhs of field experiment demonstrated the accuracy and feasibility of this device.
