摘    要:电力生产的特点是产、供、销同时完成,计量是远方瞬间进行,窃电现象非常严重而且越来越隐蔽。用电信息采集系统是利用通信方式把计量表采集的信息实时传输给数据管理层计算机,计算机可以随时读取某个时间点所有需要研究的对象的有效数据,进行数学模型计算,推导出某条线路、某个台区、某条母线电量的平衡关系,为防窃电管理提供科学的依据。

Measures of Anti-Stealing Electricity Based on the Power Energy Data Acquisition System
Abstract:Power generation, transmission and consumption are performed at the same time. The occurrence of stealing electricity is more frequent and secret, because power energy data is measured remotely and instantaneously. Power energy data acquisition system transfers information collected by the meter to data management layer computers in real time, and the computers can obtain valid data of any subjects in any time. Then mathematical model is calculated, and the power balance among a line, a district and a bus could be deduced to provide the scientific basis for anti-stealing electricity management.
