基于IEC61850的继电保护与故障信息管理系统研究

摘    要:针对继电保护与故障信息管理系统存在的与子站通信的智能装置通信规约杂乱、子站与主站及主站与主站之间的通信规约缺乏、建设中存在大量的协调与调试工作使得该系统不能产生应有的价值和效益等问题,提出将IEC61850标准扩展用于变电站外通信,并建成了兼容IEC61850标准的通信体系,规定无法兼容IEC61850的智能装置接入系统的规范化方法,提出统一的系统配置维护方法,实现了主站系统的免维护。实践证明,继电保护与故障信息管理系统技术体系和技术规范同时适用于传统变电站和数字化变电站,突破了困扰该系统大规模应用的技术瓶颈。

Management Information System for Protective Relaying and Fault Recorder Based on IEC61550
Abstract:There are many problems impeding management information system for protective relaying and fault recorder largescale application, such as, variety of communication protocols between the slave system and IEDs inside of substation, shortage of communication protocols between slave system and master system and that between master systems outside of substation, huge amount of work on checking the point table of remote information during the process of its construction,etc.To solve the above issues, IEC61850 for substation communication is proposed, the communication system compatible with IEC61850 is built, the standardization of methods not compatible with IEC61850 intelligent device are set, and the unified system configuration and maintenance method is proposed to achieve master system maintenance-free.The practice shows that the management information system for protective relaying and fault recorder is feasible for both digital substation and traditional substation, and breaks through the technical bottleneck of the large-scale application.
