面向信息管理的输电塔角钢镀锌层厚度检测技术

摘    要:针对输电铁塔镀锌层厚度检测缺乏规范性及其关键信息的管理问题,提出角钢塔件镀锌层厚度12测点布局方式,设计了面向信息管理的塔材镀层厚度数据采集与分析方案,并甄选适宜的厚度检测仪,实现镀层厚度检测数据的规范化采集及检测信息的科学分析与管理,为提高企业的标准化作业水平及自身信息化建设提供技术支撑。

Galvanized Layer Thickness Detecting Technology of Transmission Angle Tower Materials for Information Management
Abstract:According to the galvanized layer thickness detection of transmission tower lacking of scientific management specification and key information,the layout of 12 measuring points on galvanized layer thickness of angle tower materials is proposed ,the data acquisition mode of tower materials coating thickness for information management and analysis is designed, the suitable thickness gauge is also selected.The standardization collection of measuring data of plating thickness and the scientific analysis and management of detection information are achieved ,which provide strongly technical support for improving standardization level of the enterprise and its informatization construction.
