| 摘 要： | 介绍ＰＬＣ（可编程控制器）在造气炉顺序控制过程中的应用。并详细介绍其硬件结构以及在ＰＬＣ系统软件支持下梯形图的设计特点。该控制系统能实现造气工段的自动运行、手动操作、阀位自动检测、自动报警和紧急停炉等功能。

| Abstract: | The application of PLC in successive process control of the gas producer is introduced in this paper. It gives hardware, software and ladder figure of this design. The control system serves many functions of auto-operation, manual operation, auto-test valves, autoalarm and emergency stop. |
