脉冲式静态混合器的混合分散特性研究

测定并分析了ＷＭＨ－Ⅰ型脉冲式静态混合器内物料的停留时间分布和分散相粒径分布。给出了停留时间和分散相粒径的数字特征与物料流量间的关系曲线。研究表明，具有脉冲元件的混合器，混合分散效果及操作稳定性均优于无脉冲元件的普通混合器。

On the Mixing and Dispersing Characteristics of a Pulsed Static Mixer

This paper deals with resident time distribution and the drop diameter distribution of dispersed part. The effect of process streams flow on the expected value and the mean square deviation of the resident time and the drop diameter is discussed. Experiments show that the mixing and dispersing capacity of pulsed static mixer is much better than non-pulsed one.
