大负荷闭式系统低速大扭矩液压马达的散热分析

摘    要:文章以稳定土拌和机为例,对转于液压系统低速大扭矩液压马达的散热方式进行了分析。论述了加装散热管的必要性及实施方法,并给出了阻尼小孔的计算公式。在散热管中加装薄壁小孔,既简单可行又可取得较好的散热效果。

Abstract:With soil stabilizer as an example, heat dissipation mode of low speed, high torque hydraulic motor of rotator's hydraulic system is analyzed in the article. Importance to add a heat dissipation tube and its implementation arc described, and equation to calculate the damping orifice is presented. Better heat dissipation effect can be simply and effectively achieved by adding a thin wall orifice in the heat dissipation tube.
