聚合物纳米塑料的研究与发展

摘    要:论述了聚合物纳米复合材料的体积效应、表现效应、界面效应等特性;纳米塑料的高强度和耐热性、高阻隔及自熄灭性等物理力学性能;纳米粒子对高聚物的增强增韧机理;聚合物纳米复合材料的溶胶凝胶法、共混法、抽层法、原位聚合等制备方法,阐述了国内外纳米塑料在聚乙烯纳米合金、纳米聚酯、纳米尼龙-6等方面的最新发展动态。

Abstract:discussing features of polymer nanometric compounding materials such as volumetric effect,surface effect and interface effect,etc;high tenacity and thermal stability,high separating ability and self-distinguishing ability of nanometric plastics;strength enhancing and tenacity improving mechanism of nanometer particles onto high molecular polymers;preparation methods of polymer nanometric compounding materials like sol-gel method,co-mixing method,interposed layer method and original state polymerization method and so on,it expounds updated domestic and overseas nanometric plastics developments in the fields of polyethylene nano-metric alloy,nanometric polyester and nanometric nylon-6,etc.
