无铅压电陶瓷材料的研究现状

摘    要:本文综述了近年来国内外无铅压电陶瓷材料方面的研究进展,重点介绍了钛酸钡基、铋层状结构、钛酸铋钠基、碱金属铌酸盐系以及钨青铜结构无铅压电陶瓷体系的研究现状,并对无铅压电陶瓷的发展作了展望。

Abstract:The reseaches on lead-free piezoelectric ceramics are now very important as a result of implementing the strategy which the world's society can sustainably develop,and strengthening the consciousness of environmental protection.In the paper,the recent development of study on the lead-free piezoelectric ceramics has been reviewed.It is pointed out that BaTiO3-based,Bi-layer structure,Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3-based, NaNbO3-based and tungsten bronze structure lead-free piezoelectric ceramics are being widely studied internationally with the most interest.Finally,it is noted that these materials are potential candidates as lead-free piezoelectric ceramics.
