钢结构桥梁防腐蚀工艺研究与应用

摘    要:钢结构采用长效重防腐涂装及复涂工艺,合理的涂装配套方案是提高钢结构防腐能力的有效途径。从钢结构桥梁防腐机理、防腐配套方案、健康监测等方面进行论述,实践证明钢梁的防腐效果是和钢梁表面处理、涂装配套、施工质量等诸多因素密切相关。

Abstract:Cauterization is an unavoidable nature phenomenon of steel structures during the processes of use,and it brings a considerable society impact and economy loss.It is the common duty to the departments of design,construction and maintenance that preventing the cauterization of structures,prolonging the life of use and ensuringthatbridges canfunction well.Usinglongeffectand heavyanti-corrosion to newsteel structures,and usingmulti-imbruementtechnologyto old steel structures are botheffective approachto preventingthe cauterization of structures.
