| 摘 要： | 通过对影响建筑工程质量控制和管理的人、材料、机械设备、环境等因素的简要分析,提出了建立建筑工程项目质量管理体系必须强化目标责任制、监督机制、人员培训、协作精神等,对进一步提高和控制建筑工程项目质量有一定的指导意义.

| Abstract: | Through the brief analysis of several factors,including people,materials,mechanical equipments and environments,which affect the controlling and management of constructional engineering quality,put forward that,in order to establish system for management of constructional engineering projects quality,we have to strengthen accountability,oversight mechanisms,personnel training,new technology,team spirit and so on.It has a directive function to further improve and control the quality of constructional engineering project. |
