摘    要:从理论上分析了潮湿细粒物料在直线振动筛筛面上的粘附机理 ,认为物料的表面化学性质对颗粒群在筛面上的粘聚有一定关系 ,通过正交筛分试验得出了外在水分是导致物粘料聚的首要原因 ,降低水分的表面张力也是解决物料粘附问题的较好方法。从细粒物料的粘附模型入手。提出了解决筛面粘附问题的几种可能的方法

Abstract:Analysed the adhering mechanism of fine moist material on the linear vibrating screen in theoretical,it is considered that the chemical composing of the material being screened have something to do with the adhesion.The conclusion that water is the major contributions to the adhesion was obtained after the orthogonal screening test being done.Besides,reducing the suface tesion of the liquid is also an alternative method,several possible methods are proposaled to reduce the adhering phenomenal based on the mathematical screening model.
