摘    要:通过现场实验,分阶段定量分析了出钢至出VD过程,渣钢反应热及成渣热对钢液温度的影响。结果表明,这两种热对钢液降温的影响极小,完全可以忽略。

Abstract:Based on the experiment in practice, the slag|steel reacting heat and slag forming heat have been analyzed quantitatively at different stag from tapping to end of VD process. The results showed that the slag|steel reacting heat and slag forming heat could be ignored, of which the effect on liquid steel temperature decrease wasn't appreciable.
