摘    要:用离子注入技术来提高尼龙66的表面硬度和耐磨性。C、Al、Ti、Fe、Ni5种离子单独被注入尼龙66、每种离子的剂量分别为2*10^15ions/cm^2、10^16ions/cm^2、5*10^16ions/cm^2或10^17ions/cm^2。磨损实验表明,5种离子注入后均可使尼龙66的耐磨性提高,其中Al离子注入后改性效果最好,10^17inos/cm^2Al离子注入后尼龙66的耐磨性提高

Abstract:The technique of ion implantation was employed for improving surface hardness and wear resistance of Nylon66. The samples of Nylon66 were implanted separately wity C,Al,Ti,Fe and Ni ions of four doses of 21015 ion/cm2,1016ion/cm2,51016 or 1017 ion/cm2.Wear tests showed that wear-resistance of Nylon66 was improved after ion treatment. Al produced the largest improvement in wear-resistance among the five and wear-resistance of 1017 ion/cm2 Al-implanted Nylon66 was improved more than 8 times.Nano-hardness tests showed that hardness and moduli of 1017 ion/cm2 Al-implanted Nylon66 were increased by 140% and 15% respectively as compared wity the pristine Nylon66.
