Strategic Differences and Prospects of China-Russia Oil and Gas Cooperation

This paper analyzed the development process of oil and gas cooperation between China and Russia, analyzed the nature of oil and gas cooperation between the two countries, expounded the strategic differences between China and Russia in energy security concerns, strategic planning, understanding of energy prices, bilateral and multilateral relations and culture. Put forward that to achieve breakthroughs in strategic cooperationthe, two sides need game wisdom. Finally, the prospect of crude oil trade, the field of cooperation between China-Russia is discussed, and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
