| Abstract: | From the aspect of drainage agent quality， tapping temperature， process time， operational factors and steel grade， the effect of them on ladle free opening rate is analyzed. Through the field production data statistics， the corresponding conclusions are achieved and some feasible suggestions are put forward. |
