雷达系统未来发展趋势探析

摘    要:新的作战对象、作战环境和作战形式对于现代雷达构成了巨大的挑战.需求的牵引和技术的推动,意味着雷达技术在未来必然取得飞跃式的进步.针对雷达在体制架构和专项技术方面的潜在技术突破,重点从技术内涵、必要性及发展现状角度进行了分析和论证.在体制架构方面,重点明确了雷达的分布式组网、智能化认知探测、射频综合化、与平台一体化的技术特点.在专项技术方面,阵列天线呈现为共形化、轻薄化、宽带化的特点;发射器件逐渐采用宽禁带半导体;微系统技术、光电子技术和纳米技术逐步得以应用.

Abstract:Challenges from new kinds of targets, complicated electromagnetic and geographic environ- ments for modern radar systems, revolutionary warfare pattern are obvious. Based on new requirements and technology development, future radar technology will develop in a great-leap-forward way. Aiming at potential breakthrough of radar architecture and special technologies, a deep analysis in the aspect of technology principles, necessity and present situation is proposed. From the aspect of radar architecture, the development of distributed radar networking system, cognitive detection, integrated RF system and sensor integrating with platform should be focused. From the aspect of special technologies, it is clear that radar will adopt conformal, lightweight and wide band antennas will adopt wide band gap semi-con- ductor as high power amplifier. Micro-system technology, photonics technology and nanotechnology will be regarded as the next tide in radar areas.
