柠条塔煤矿大采高工作面110工法挡矸支护实践

摘    要:在大采高的切顶留巷无煤柱开采(长壁开采110工法)过程中,对垮落的顶板进行挡矸支护形成采空区侧巷帮,而工作面顶板岩体在垮落至底板时变破碎且动能较大,给留设巷道采空区侧的巷帮支护带来很大困难。结合柠条塔煤矿的实际工况条件,以挡矸支护作为采空区侧破碎巷帮的关键支护技术,在现场试验了9种挡矸支护方案,通过对比得到挡矸效果较好的支护方案。碎石帮挡矸支护技术有效防止了垮落矸石蹿入巷道内,对人员和设备的安全提供了重要保障。该研究结果可为类似条件下巷帮支护设计提供参考,同时对切顶留巷技术的进一步推广具有重要意义。

Abstract:When the large mining height working face adopts cutting roof and retaining roadway without coal pillar mining(longwall mining 110 method),the roadway side uses caving roof for gangue retaining support,while the roof rock of the working face becomes broken when it falls to the floor,and the kinetic energy is large,which brings great difficulties to the roadway side support at the gob side of the retained roadway.Combined with the actual conditions of Ningtiaota coal mine,taking the roadway side support at the goaf side as the key technology,nine kinds of gangue retaining support schemes are tested in the field,and the support scheme with better gangue retaining effect is obtained by comparison.The gangue retaining support technology effectively prevents the falling gangue from entering the roadway,and provides an important guarantee for the safety of personnel and equipment.The research results can provide a reference for the design of roadway support under similar conditions,and it is of great significance for the further promotion of cutting roof and retaining roadway technology.
