Construction of multistage early warning index system of coal spontaneous combustion in Hanjiawan coal mine

In order to improve the technical index system of early warning and prediction of coal spontaneous combustion and realize the early and accurate warning of hidden danger of coal spontaneous combustion in Hanjiawan coal mine,the programmed temperature test of characteristic parameters of coal spontaneous combustion was carried out for several coal seams of Hanjiawan coal mine,and the variation law of gaseous products with coal temperature in the process of coal sample oxidation and temperature rise was obtained.By determining the early-warning indexes of coal spontaneous combustion with CO,ΔCO/ΔO₂and C₂H₄as the main indexes and C₂H₆,C₂H₄/C₂H₆as the auxiliary indexes,and analyzing the mapping relationship between early-warning indexes and coal temperature,a hierarchical early-warning system suitable for the prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion in Hanjiawan coal mine was established.The research results can meet the demand of active prevention and control of coal-fire disaster,realize the hierarchical early warning of coal spontaneous combustion in Hanjiawan mine,and provide reference for the prediction and prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion in Hanjiawan mine and similar mines.The establishment of early warning system has a certain theoretical significance for the identification of hidden danger of coal spontaneous combustion and the implementation of fire prevention measures.
