基于EPS电流采样模块的容差分析与研究

摘    要:基于EPS电流采样模块容差分析,利用了PSPICE软件对EPS采样电路误差进行了仿真和分析,讨论了元器件参数的温漂变化、精度以及环境温度对采样电路的影响,并对灵敏度以及最坏情况的结果进行了计算和探讨。结果表明:在EPS中,最坏情况分析法是目前应用范围最广泛、操作最简便的方法,该方法确保了所有零件组合的容差在最大范围或最小范围都有考虑,符合实际应用产品的严谨度和高可靠性,为EPS电流采样电路的可靠性设计提供了参考。

Abstract:Based on the tolerance analysis of EPS current sampling module,the error of EPS sampling circuit was simulated and analyzed by using PSPICE software.The influence of temperature drift change,precision of component parameters and ambient temperature on the sampling circuit was discussed.The sensitivity and worst-case results were calculated and discussed.The results show that the worst case analysis method is the most widely used and easy to operate method in EPS.This method ensures that the tolerance of all parts combination is considered in the maximum or minimum range,which is in line with the rigor and high reliability of practical products.It provides reference for the reliability design of EPS current sampling circuit.
