| 摘 要： | 从产品的角度给出约束体系对检具设计的作用以及其应当遵循的基本原则,进一步阐明产品约束体系在后期检测中的重要性;从工程实际的角度给出约束体系的不合理给检具开发及对产品的检测工作带来的影响;对工程开发中的自由状态极端现象进行了分析,并给出了解决措施.结果表明:约束体系的合理布局可以大大提高产品的开发效率,降低隐性成本.

| Abstract: | The effect of the constraint system on the design of the gauge and the basic principles it should follow were given from the perspective of the product,and the importance of the product constraint system was further clarified in the later detection.The problem of the unreasonable constraint system to the development of gauge and product measurement was given from the perspective of engineering practice,The extreme phenomenon of the free state in engineering development was analyzed,and the solutions were given.The results show that the rational layout of the constraint system can greatly improve the product development efficiency and reduce the hidden cost. |
