虚拟电厂分布式资源的聚合响应能力评估方法

摘    要:虚拟电厂(VPP)将配电网中各类分散的资源聚合为一个整体,可以提升聚合资源的全局响应能力,同时也可以作为一个整体参与电力市场交易,提高资源的可调度性和运行经济性。目前针对VPP聚合后整体响应能力的评估并不全面,且缺少对指标权重的分析,因此文中建立响应能力评价模型,提出包括响应时间、持续时间等在内的更全面的评价指标。然后提出VPP整体响应能力评估方法,将分布式资源独立响应能力作为约束,优化求解响应能力的多维量化指标,得到聚合资源的整体响应能力,同时考虑聚合响应能力的不稳定性,求取指标权重并对响应能力进行评分。最后通过算例得出VPP在24 h内的响应能力曲线及评分,通过分析验证了文中方法的有效性。文中方法计算得到的整体响应能力信息可上报作为电网调控的依据,而且求得的响应能力评分可直观地评价聚合响应能力,有助于对VPP响应能力的分析与控制。

Evaluation method of aggregated responsiveness of distributed resources in virtual power plant

Abstract:The virtual power plant (VPP) aggregates distributed energy resources (DERs) from the distribution network, which not only improves the response capacities of aggregated resources, but also participates in electrical market to obtain higher operation profits. The recent studies about the evaluation of VPP are not comprehensive, and there is a lack of analysis on the index weight for the VPP. In this paper, firstly, the evaluation of response capacities of the VPP is modeled with considering the response time, duration and so on. Then, the response capability of the VPP is proposed and obtained with the aim of optimal multi-dimensional quantitative index, which regards the independent capacity constraints of DERs. The overall capabilities of VPPs, as well as the index weight, are obtained with considering the instability of aggregation. Finally, the response curve and index weight of the VPP within 24 hours are obtained from the case studies, and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified. The aggregated response capabilities calculated by the pro-posed method can be reported for the power grid operation. Moreover, the response index can directly reflect the its aggregation capabilities, which is helpful for the analysis and control of VPP.
