摘    要:设计了Co-Ti,Ti-Zr-Cu两种高温钎料,进行了它们与Si3N4表面的润湿性实验,利用XRD分析钎焊合金与陶瓷界面,结果表明Co-Ti合金中Ti以化合形态形式存在时,钎料不润湿Si3N4陶瓷,钎焊合金与陶瓷间的办面连接强度与基体材料及界面反应产物密切相关。

Abstract:In this paper, the wettability experiments of Co-Ti, Ti-Zr-Cu high temperature fillers on Si3N4 ceramic were carried out. The interface between brazing alloys and ceramic was analysed by X-Ray diffraction. The brazing alloy does not wet the Si3N4 ceramic when the Ti in the Co-Ti alloy exists in the form of stable compound. The bonding strength between brazing alloy and ceramic relevants with the substrates property and the intedece reaction product.
