星级员工考核管理模式的应用

摘    要:星级员工与班组考核评比管理模式,较好的将人文关怀、精神奖励和生产经营的硬性指标结合在一起,把员工的岗位职责、业绩贡献与员工的利益、价值体现相统一对应,为员工搭建岗位竞争、岗位成才的平台,为思想工作与生产经营管理贴紧靠实找准了对接口并发挥了自身优势,对提高全员素质和全队管理水平起到了积极的推动作用。

Abstract:The management mode of star staff and teams and groups examining and comparing and assessing has combined humanity concern and spiritual reward with the rigid index of producing and management preferably, and corresponded the duty achievement of staff with interests and value incarnation of staff. And it has constructed a platform for staff about duty competition and duty target, sought the right joint combining ideological work and producing management, and give play to its advantage. It has played a positive role in improving staff quality and management level in the whole team.
