超声振动辅助气体介质电火花加工硬质合金表面裂纹特性

摘    要:提出了超声振动辅助气体介质电火花加工技术并简述了其加工原理。用自行研制的实验机床对硬质合金进行了加工实验,通过观察加工表面微观形貌以及显微裂纹,简单分析了超声振动-气体介质电火花加工硬质合金表面裂纹的形成及扩展机理。

Abstract:Ultrasonic vibration assisted EDM was proposed and its principle was introduced in this paper. The relevant experimental equipment was designed, by which a serious of cemented carbides were machined. And the crack characteristics of the machined surface were studied through observing the microcosmic surface and cracks.
