摘    要:介绍23.5-25 20PR工程机械轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1 578 mm,断面宽545 mm,行驶面宽度525 mm,行驶面弧度高25 mm,胎圈着合直径632 mm,胎圈着合宽度495 mm,花纹深度32.5 mm,采用横向花纹沟加深块状花纹设计。施工设计:胎面采用二方三块结构,胎体采用8层1870dtex/2锦纶6浸胶帘布,缓冲层采用4层930dtex/2锦纶66浸胶帘布,采用4B型成型机成型,硫化罐硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,充气轮胎的外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求。

Abstract:A design of 23.5--25 20PR parameters were taken: overall diameter OTR tire was described. In structure design,the following 1 578 mm,cross sectional width 545 mm,width of running surface 525 mm,height of running surface 25 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 632 ram,bead width at rim seat 495 mm, pattern depth 32. 5 mm, with the design of transverse groove and deepen pattern block. In construction design, the following processes were taken:two-formula and three-piece extruded tread,8 layers 1870dtex/2 nylon 6 dipped cord for carcass ply,4 layers 930dtex/2 nylon 66 dipped cord for breaker ply;using 4B building machine to build tires,and using curing chamber to cure tires. It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated overall dimension and physical property met the requirements in design and national standard.
