| 摘 要： | 利用大孔树脂纯化麦麸中阿魏酸的粗提液,筛选出合适的大孔树脂对阿魏酸进行富集纯化,提高产品质量。结果表明,选用HPD-100型号的树脂对麦麸中阿魏酸的进行纯化效果较好,并通过吸附-解吸动力学研究确定了最佳的纯化工艺。

| Abstract: | To select a suitable macroporous adsorption resin for enrichment and purification of ferulic acid from wheat bran to improve product quality. Results showed that by the use of resin HPD-100 to purify ferulic acid in wheat bran, and through adsorption - desorption dynamics study, the best purification technology was determined. |
