摘    要:立轴冲击式破碎机和棒磨机制砂各自有其固有的优势和弊端,两种机型优化组合后的联合制砂工艺已被大型和特大型水电站工程的施工广泛应用。通过三峡和龙滩水电站工程制砂系统的实践,充分体现了其在大方量混凝土和高强度浇筑强度下制砂能力的优势。两种机型联合制砂质量稳定,内部级配合理。但如何进一步充分发挥立轴冲击式破碎机的优势,提高成砂率方面,还应认真从进料粒径、进料量上进一步研究和掌握,以取得更大的技术和经济效益。

Abstract:This paper introduces briefly the sand processing history by both rod mill and vertical axis impact crusher. The author analyzes and compares the features of sand processing by two different kinds of grinders. Moreover, the author summarizes great advantages of two machines combined together to make sands in Three Gorges Project and Longtan Hydropower Station. Finally, the author puts forward and comments the problems to be studied or improved in the future as two machines apolied together to preduce sands.
