| Abstract: | Discusses the application of demand side management (DSM)to measurement of electric energy in the light of greater power supply loss experienced by Harbin Power Supply Company,and points out the replacement of electric energy measuring units accomplished during upgrading of urban electric power supply network reinforces the management of electric energy measurement thereby improving the cost-effectiveness of power supply. |
