| 摘 要： | 本文以遵义钛业股份有限公司5000t海绵钛示范工程的污水处理和回收系统为例，介绍了应用S7—300系列PLC和KingView组态软件等自动化技术，实现对厂区污水回收的控制系统技术方案。该系统集控制、工业计算机、变频调速、通信和现场总线网络等控制技术为一体，充分体现了计算机及自动『七技术在工业控制领域中的应用。

| Abstract: | By taking the sewage treatment and recycling system of 5000t Titanium Sponge demonstration project at Zunyi Titani- um Co., Ltd. as an example, this article introduces the technical scheme of control system, in which the automation technologies of S7-300 series PLC and KingView configuration software, etc. are applied to realize the plant sewage recycling. The system sets the control technologies of control, industrial computer, frequency conversion speed control, communication and field bus network and so on as one, and it adequately embodies the application of computer and automation technology in the area of industrial control. |
