| 摘 要： | 以青年与安全文化的关系和实践工作中的具体经验为主线,详细阐述了安全文化的主要内容和作用,从青年在安全素质方面整体上存在差距和青年是缔造安全文化的重要力量两个方面来说明青年需要安全、安全需要青年.并结合实际工作论述了树立人性化管理理念,营造浓厚的安全文化氛围,对提高安全生产水平发挥的积极作用.
