| 摘 要： | 南水北调中线干线京石段应急工程实行征迁安置监理,是国家确定的工作程序。南水北调工程征迁安置与水库移民搬迁安置虽有相似之处,但不同点更多,对征迁安置实施和征迁安置监理都是新课题。结合京石段征迁监理实践,总结经验,对进一步做好征迁安置监理工作进行探讨。
