近代建筑遗产保护与城市历史文化传承——以西安为例

从所处地位和保护现状两方面论述西安近代建筑遗产保护所面临的困境,进而指出造成困境的根源是西安近代建筑遗产在价值认知中存在价值取向单一化和价值判定标准模式化两个误区。最后,在分析近代建筑遗产保护与城市历史文化传承关系的基础上,提出西安近代建筑多元和地区的建筑遗产价值观。

The Preservation of Modern Architectural Heritage and the Historical Culture Inheritance: Taking Xi'an as An Example

This article discusses the predicament which the preservation of the modern architectural heritage in Xi＇an faces from two aspects：the position and the present situation.And then points out two mistakes during the value identification of the modern architectural heritage,simplification of value orientation and hipping of the value assessment,which is regard as the sources of the predicament.Finally based on the analysis between modern architectural heritage and historical culture inheritance,it brings forward the multidimensional and regional values on the modern architectural heritage in Xi＇an.
