酸再生排放废气粉尘含量超标问题探讨及对策

摘    要:采用焙烧法处理富含氯化亚铁的盐酸,其排向大气的烟气中的Fe2O3含量一直难以控制,宝钢乃至国内诸多酸再生处理均存在粉尘含量超标的问题,文章对酸再生系统进行分析,详细介绍部分废气处理的关键设备,找出一些解决的办法.

Abstract:It is difficult for many factories to control Fe2O3 level in exhaust gas emitted by the HCI regenerating device when treating hydrochloric acid containing rich ferrous chloride with the roasting process . There has been a problem of dust content exceeding standard for most HCI regenerators in Baosteel and other plants. The HCI regenerating system is analysed, part of the exhaust gas treatment equipment is introduced in detail and the solution to the problem has been found.
