| 摘 要： | 发电竞价上网是实现电力市场化的重要举措和必然趋势.文章详细研究了容量合同电量、容量合同电价和效率置换的原则、方法及数学模型,实时市场的竞价模型、报价方式及上网交易、结算的数学模型等,并研究开发了基于该模式的发电竞价系统.经实例仿真和实际试运行,系统是切实可行的.系统为发电竞价上网的"公正、公平、公开"提供了有力的技术支持.

| Abstract: | The implementation of power bidding is an important action and necessary trend during the realization of power market. In this paper, the confirmed principle, means and mathematic model of capacity contract quantity, capacity contract price and efficiency displacement, bidding model, quote ways and mathematic model of bidding, and bargaining of timely market are investigated in detail. A power bidding system based on the mode is developed and the system is proved to be reliable and feasible by simulation and actual operation. It provides a powerful technical support for a fair and open power bidding market. |
